Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)It is included in your rental amount Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. The maximum excess/deductible amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups from 500 to 1500 EUR.Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.

Third Party Liability Insurance
It is included in your rental The excess/deductible amount for TPL depends on the vehicle groups from 500 to 1500 EUR.

Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups from 15 EUR to 21 EUR per day.
If renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit varying from EUR 200 to EUR 700 (depending on the vehicle groups) will be blocked on the credit card.
It may not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada and Australia is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory is the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport, driver's license, valid credit card.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
We don't accept any credit card or any third party insurance, however in case if you make any damage to the car, we will charge the damage up to the excess / deductible amount and provide you with the documentation and invoice for you to claim a refund from your own insurance.Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 22 years and the maximum driver’s age is 80 years.
A young driver surcharge of EUR 50 per rental will be charged for drivers aged from 22 years to 25 years.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 50 per rental will be charged for drivers aged from 75 years to 80 years.Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.Fuel Policy
Fuel policy is same to same, you will have to return the same level of fuel whichever will be provided. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.Milage Policy Unlimited
Cross Border Cross border travel is allowed with prior written approval from the rental desk. Cross border travel is allowed to Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Albania and North Macedonia, a fee of EUR 50 per country will apply.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 400 to EUR 1000 depending on the vehicle groups will be held from the credit card until the car is returned, the deposit amount can be reduced if purchases additional insurances, Please check at the rental desk for more information.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge of EUR 20 per pickup or drop off, this service only available from 06:00 am to 08:00 and 20:00 PM to 23:00 PM.
Grace Period For vehicle pick up 2 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show". 2 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional one day rental will apply.Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.Cross Border Travel
If the client goes beyond the limits and does not notify the rental company, the client will pay additional costs and he/she alone is responsible for all possible damages.
Delivery and CollectionDelivery and collection service any other location is available for an additional charge of EUR 25 to EUR 35 per way.
